A note from Bruce: I made this right after the “Democracy Principle” rally by the League of Women Voters of Kentucky. I almost didn’t include the actual video, because I was struck by how old I looked. But, I decided “who cares” and am posting both the video and the transcript.

Hello there. As I'm sure you can tell, I am standing in front of the state capitol. I just left a presentation by the League of Women Voters about the fact that our legislature is not transparent and is breaking the rules of democracy and so on and so forth, which we all know.
